The Project Gutenberg Catalog is now available in RDF/XML Format. It is licensed under the GNU General Public License.
Please use this file to feed your database instead of roboting our site.
Current RDF Format
This is a tar archive that contains one RDF file for each book. The RDF is based on the current DCMI recommendation.
Freshness: Updated nightly.
- Compressed with BZip2: rdf-files.tar.bz2
- Compressed with Zip: rdf-files.tar.zip
Legacy RDF Format
This is one huge file that contains the RDF data for all books. The RDF is based on the superseded DCMI recommendation. The RDF contains the same data as the RDF files above but using a slighly different syntax.
Freshness: Updated nightly.

- Compressed with Zip: catalog.rdf.zip
